Registration and Cancellation Policy.

All registrations are reviewed and approved by Community Brands. If your registration is deemed inappropriate, such as registrations submitted by competitors or competitor’s partners, we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.

The Xperience 2019 conference fee is fully refundable by Community Brands only if you cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 4, 2019. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund by Community Brands. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Xperience conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company, provided the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by Friday, October 4, 2019.

All requests for refunds and transfers should be directed to Community Brands at events@communitybrands.com.
