Terms and Conditions

All registrations are reviewed and approved by Community Brands. If your registration is deemed inappropriate, such as registrations submitted by competitors or competitors’ partners, we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.

The Xperience conference fee is fully refundable by Community Brands only if you cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Xperience conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company, provided the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Should the on-site in person event be cancelled after that date, Community Brands will conduct Xperience 2024 virtually. All in-person registrations will be converted to virtual attendance, and a refund for the difference between an in-person registration and the full-price virtual registration will be made.
