Room Block

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has opened their registrant room block – and it fills up very quickly – so we recommend confirming as soon as possible. 

The Cosmopolitan Hotel Room Block for Xperience2024

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is the only official Xperience2024 housing provider. Any offers from other hotels and/or travel agencies are not endorsed by Community Brands. Additional details are available at the link above. 

Parking/Transportation

  • Taxi, rideshare, and shuttles are available
  • Valet and self-parking are available on-property 24 hours a day

Registration/Hours

Registration desk hours:

  • When you arrive, check in at the registration desk in the hotel lobby.
  • The Xperience 2024 conference will take place on Floors 3 & 4.
  • Specific registration hours and room designations will be made available with Agenda & Session information soon.

X24 Conference Hours:

  • September 23: 5pm – 7pm Opening Activity

    For registrants participating in Pre-Conference Activities: 8am – 5pm

  • September 24: 8am – 6pm
  • September 25: 8am – 6pm
  • September 26: 9am – 1pm

Agenda/Schedule

We’re packing a ton of great sessions into 3 days, and some are eligible for CAE credits.

Sessions will be available online by April and the full session schedule by track will be available on the conference website prior to the conference in September.

Session Recordings/On-Demand

  • On-Demand included with registration: In-person attendees will gain access to our on-demand offering on the Freestone by Community Brands platform, to ensure continued learning at individual paces.
  • Recordings will be made available 2 weeks after the event closes.
  • Roadmap sessions will not be recorded or available on demand.

How to Claim CAE & CMP Credits

CAE and CMP credits will be available for the thought leadership education track. Certificates will be sent to in-person attendees a few weeks after the event through our Freestone Solution. (Product-specific trainings are not eligible for CAE credit.)

Xperience 2024 Terms and Conditions

All registrations are reviewed and approved by Community Brands. If your registration is deemed inappropriate, such as registrations submitted by competitors or competitors’ partners, we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.

The Xperience conference fee is fully refundable by Community Brands only if you cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 15, 2024. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Xperience conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company, provided the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by Friday, August 15, 2024

If the onsite in-person event is cancelled, that will result in a full refund for in-person registrants if the event is cancelled prior to 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, August 4, 2024. Should the onsite in-person event be cancelled after that date, all in-person registrations will be transferred to a virtual registration. A refund for the difference between an in-person registration and the full-price virtual registration will be made.
