Xperience Essentials 2023 Terms and Conditions
All registrations are reviewed and approved by Community Brands. If your registration is deemed inappropriate, such as registrations submitted by competitors or competitors’ partners, we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.
The Xperience Essentials conference fee is fully refundable by Community Brands only if you cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
Xperience Essentials conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company, provided the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by Friday, August 15, 2023.
If the onsite in-person event is cancelled, that will result in a full refund for in-person registrants if the event is cancelled prior to 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, August 4, 2023. Should the onsite in-person event be cancelled after that date, all in-person registrations will be transferred to a virtual registration. A refund for the difference between an in-person registration and the full-price virtual registration will be made.
